It’s an important part of our charitable mission to provide volunteering opportunities. The residents enjoy interacting with our volunteers who range through the age spectrum starting with young people on the Duke of Edinburgh scheme.
Our volunteers play an important role in helping our residents stay active, involved in the local community and enjoying life to the full.

Examples of opportunities include; being part of our shopping rota taking residents to local shops, drivers providing ad-hoc transportation to appointments, clubs or group outings. You might play an instrument and would like to come in for a music session or a passion for crafts or games that you would like to share.
We welcome Duke of Edinburgh scheme volunteers and younger volunteers who would like to get some experience working with older people.
